In May of 2020 after another dinner with Todd, we decided COVID-19 and all it was time to put our house on the market. In less than a week we prepared our home. Todd gave insights during a very uncertain time to keep our health and safety a priority. In less than 48 hours after listing our home we had a buyer and a signed contract! We found our dream home the following week and Todd ensured we were prepared for it all. After 5 weeks of packing and preparing- we were able to close both deals on the same day. Todd was there for the planning, stayed for the process and welcomed our adventure. My life is better because of Todd Andrew Tyler. Our time together has given me memories and created memories my family will enjoy for a lifetime. The breadth of our friendship has given me opportunities to see all sides of his life. Todd went above and beyond our highest expectations for our first home buying experience. Todd is an excellent communicator, who truly listens to your needs and wants when it comes to your next home. He did a fantastic job walking us through the home buying experience from start to finish. We were new to Lexington and Todd was able to guide us not only to the best homes and locations, but he has given us recommendations for home repair companies and every now and then, a good restaurant! My wife & I first met Todd a few years ago thru a mutual friend. We had been trying to sell our house for a while without any success. I was a member of Southland Christian Church, so I knew who Todd was from hearing him lead worship there. I didn’t know that he was now in real estate. Todd was more than I thought an agent would be when I sought to sell my home.
