When I decided to buy my first home, I was nervous and not ready to just buy the first house I saw. He patiently took me to several homes over 4 months. He never seemed discouraged at my lack of decisiveness, reminding me that it was ok not to settle. In July, he sent me an information sheet of a gorgeous house that had just gone on the market. We set up an appointment for the next day and were the first to look at it. I knew that this was “the one.” Even though he was busy with another offer that day, we set up a time later that afternoon to send in an offer. We met three times that day to make ensure that I got my dream house. He guided me through the whole process, explaining everything and making the process flow smoothly.
